Objectives

弊社は独自の人工衛星の開発、製造および、自社衛星データと他のデータを組み合わせたソリューションサービスを提供しています。Coporate Administration Departmentでは、ハードウェアの開発、製造からデータサイエンス、ソフトウェアの開発、提供まで多様な専門領域、働き方に対応したバックオフィス全般を担っています。
本ポジションでは、創業から3期で100名を超える組織に急成長し、海外出身者も3割を超える多国籍チームを支えるチームにおいて、CEOや取締役兼衛星システム開発General Managerの補佐の役割を担っていただきます。


  • CEOのタスク、スケジュール調整・管理
  • CEOの発信内容、資料の編集、修正、整理
  • 株主総会の運営サポート
  • 取締役兼衛星システム開発General Managerのスケジュール調整
  • CEO、取締役兼衛星システム開発General Managerの参加する会議の議事作成
  • 社内ドキュメントの翻訳



Job requirements

Minimum qualifications

  • 高いタスク、スケジュールマネジメントスキル
  • 読み・書き・会話ビジネスレベル以上の英語力
  • 海外のExectivesとのコミュニケーションの経験
  • ドキュメント作成スキル (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
  • 役員秘書、アシスタントの経験
  • 清澄白河オフィスへ出社できる方(週3日~)




Preferred qualifications

  • 対外発信、PRの文書作成スキル
  • Excel VBAなど業務自動化の経験

Compensation & Arrangements:
  • Employment system: Full-time(Nontenured). All members are contract-based employees. The contract is renewed in every 6 months based on Management by objective to assist individual growth and team growth
  • Benefits: Commuting expense, health insurance, employees' pension insurance
  • Flexible work-hour and location
  • Others: Part-Time or second job allowed
