仕事内容:

  • 経営企画業務全般経験(予算立案、予算統制、中期経営計画立案)
  • 事業戦略の立案のための競合分析やマーケット分析(リサーチプロジェクトやレポート含む)
  • 投資家向け資料の作成(上場後の決算短信、四半期報告書、有価証券報告書作成及び適時開示業務含む)
  • 各部門(開発、セールス、マーケティング、カスタマーサクセスなど)との横断プロジェクトの推進
  • IPO準備業務

      Job requirements

      必須要件:

      • 経営企画業務の経験もしくは同等のスキル
      • 開示書類の作成経験もしくは同等のスキル
      • 英語ビジネスレベル

      希望要件

      • 戦略コンサルティングの経験
      • IPOもしくは上場企業での上記の業務経験

          Compensation & Arrangements:
          • Employment system: Full-time(Nontenured). All members are contract-based employees. The contract is renewed in every 6 months based on Management by objective to assist individual growth and team growth
          • Benefits: Commuting expense, health insurance, employees' pension insurance
          • Flexible work-hour and location
          • Others: Part-Time or second job allowed
