Synspective develops and manufactures its own Earth Observation satellites and provides geo-intelligence solutions and services. The Corporate Administration Department is in charge of back-office initiatives and dynamics to run a solid business foundation to support the development of every single technology function at the organization: hardware, manufacturing, data science, and software.

Our journey at the HR team has been very active as the company has rapidly grown to more than 100 people in the last few years since its establishment. It is the HR team responsible for recruitment, labor management, learning and development, performance appraisal, and culture implementation. 


In short, you will be involved in:

  • Recruitment channel design and recruitment flow construction (agent, media, direct recruiting, etc.)

  • Public relations work related to recruitment activities (various SNS, recruitment media planning, and operation)

  • Helping design the organizational culture and welfare programs

  • Internal communication with employees about HR-related systems and programs





Job requirements

Minimum Requirements

  • Previous experience in a position such as in-house recruiter, agency recruiter, HR BP, HR analyst, etc.

  • Basic foundation on business administration and the role of HR in business strategy.

  • Experience managing internal and external stakeholders with which the HR team has close communication with hiring managers, department general managers, labor specialists, organization development consultants, etc.



Preferred Requirements

  • Experience in HR, recruitment, and labor tasks for a global organization such as a foreign-affiliated company

  • Experience in designing and operating personnel and welfares systems

  • Basic experience in Organization Development (OD) Initiatives

  • Business level in Japanese

  • Experience leading project planning and execution

Compensation & Arrangements:
  • Employment system: Full-time(Nontenured). All members are contract-based employees. The contract is renewed in every 6 months based on Management by objective to assist individual growth and team growth
  • Benefits: Commuting expense, health insurance, employees' pension insurance

  • Others: Part-Time or second job allowed
