Radar Engineer/レーダーエンジニア

Job description



  • Assess technical feasibility of geo-solutions with SAR sensor specification
  • Develop algorithm/software to reconstruct SAR product images from raw data
  • Develop SAR image processing algorithm/software
  • Provide SAR technical feedback to the satellite team for customers' needs and business benefit

Job requirements

Minimum qualifications 

  • Proficient coding skills in Python/MATLAB
  • Good English communication (oral and written)
  • And one of the followings is required:
    1. Experience of radar data processing
    2. Knowledge of radar transmitter and receivers
    3. Fundamentals of Signal Processing and Electromagnetics

Preferred qualifications 

  • Working experience with SAR data projects or publishing academic papers
  • Knowledge of new technology in SAR and remote sensing



  • SARセンサーのスペックを兼ねたジオソリューションの技術的実現可能性の評価
  • Rawデータ (SLC 前)からSAR製品画像を再構成するアルゴリズム/ソフトウェアの開発
  • SAR画像処理アルゴリズム・ソフトウェアの開発
  • 衛星開発チームへ顧客からのSAR画像に関するフィードバックや要件を提供


  • Python / MATLABでのコーディングスキル
  • 英語でのコミュニケーション能力(口頭および書面)
  • そして、以下のいずれかが必須となります。
    • レーダーデータ処理の経験
    • レーダー送受信機の知識
    • 信号処理と電磁気学の基礎知識


  • SARデータを使用した実務経験、または学術論文の発表経験
  • SARやリモートセンシングの新技術に関する知識

Compensation & Arrangements:
