SAR Application Engineer / SARアプリケーション エンジニア

Job description

Objectives:

  • Geo-spatial solutions development, operation, and maintenance
  • Development of algorithms and software for SAR image analysis, such as interferometry SAR
  • Generate SAR system requirements for a wide range of remote sensing applications
  • Assessing the technical feasibility of geo-solutions with SAR sensor specification
  • Provide customer's feedback or requirements on SAR image to the Satellite development team

Job requirements

Minimum qualifications:

  • Good English communication (oral and written)
  • Proficient coding skills in Python/MATLAB
  • Experience in GIS data analysis using various tools such as SNAP, QGIS, etc
  • Working experience with SAR data projects or publishing academic papers
  • Knowledge of new technology in SAR and remote sensing

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in Gamma Software, GitHub, and google cloud platform
  • Experience in Signal Processing and Electromagnetics
  • Experience in developing SAR image processing software using open source tools
  • Be able to read and understand complex application code and make code fixes to resolve support issues

必須要件

  • 英語でのコミュニケーション能力(口頭および書面)
  • Python / MATLABでのコーディングスキル
  • SNAP、QGISなどのツールを使用したGISデータ分析の経験
  • SARデータを使用した実務経験、または学術論文の発表経験
  • SARおよびリモートセンシングの新技術に関する知識  

希望要件

  • Gamma Software, GitHub, Googleクラウドプラットフォームの使用経験
  • 信号処理と電磁の知識・経験
  • オープンソースツールを使用したSAR画像処理ソフトウェアの開発経験
  • 複雑なアプリケーションコードの読解やコード修正をして、サポートの問題解決ができる能力

Compensation & Arrangements:
  • Employment system: Full-time(Nontenured). All members are contract-based employees. The contract is renewed in every 6 months based on Management by objective to assist individual growth and team growth
