Job description

衛星のミッション部におけるレーダーと、無線局免許の申請対応を担当しているチームでのRFエンジニアとして SAR衛星の現行世代衛星の各種対応と次世代衛星の製造の立ち上げをお任せします。

※ 異業種・宇宙業界未経験者 歓迎 / 第二新卒 歓迎



具体的には

  • SAR RFシステムの開発・製造、無線局免許申請の対応
  • SAR RFコンポーネント(各装置・部品)の調達と受入、単体試験とシステム試験などの対応 
  • 宇宙環境各種試験 (振動、熱真空試験におけるRF性能を確認するため)の対応
  • 外部委託への対応、上記の工程すべてと仕様書などのドキュメンテーション作成
  • 次世代SAR RFシステムの製造の立ち上げ
  • 新規サプライヤー開拓、既存サプライヤー対応

Job requirements


必須要件

①日常会話レベル以上の英語力、ビジネスレベルの日本語力

②本社へ週1程度勤務できる方※必要な際に大和工場やつくばにて試験対応あり

③以下、いずれかのご経験をお持ちの方

  • RF機器開発経験
  • 測定器、ネットワークアナライザー、シグナルアナライザー、オシロスコープ、シグナルジェネレーター実経験 また、電磁界シミュレーター経験者



希望要件

  • アンテナ開発経験、増幅器の開発経験



Our RF team is responsible for developing mission radar of the satellites and handling radio station licenses. As an RF engineer, you will be working on development of the current-generation of our SAR satellite as well as setting up on the next-generation's satellite manufacturing.

  • Persons in other industries or with no experience in the space industry are welcome
  • Junior (2-3 years of work experience) are welcome

■Work Examples

  • Development and manufacturing of SAR RF systems, and handling radio station license applications
  • Procurement of SAR RF components/parts
  • Testing each unit and whole systems in various environments in space such as vibration and thermal vacuum tests, to confirm RF performance
  • Documentation of all the above processes and specifications, and handling the external partners
  • Preparation for the manufacturing of the next-generation SAR RF system
  • Handling existing suppliers as well as finding new suppliers

Minimum qualifications

  • You must have development experience in one of the following RF equipment: measuring devices, network analyzers, signal analyzers, oscilloscopes, signal generators, or electromagnetic field simulators
  • Ability to work in our factory in Tsukuba, Ibaraki prefecture for testing period. (Expected to visit one day every two weeks AND 7 days every two months)
  • Daily conversational level of English and business-level Japanese profiency

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience of antenna or amplifier development
