< 部門・ユニット >:経営戦略室
経営戦略や全社の事業計画の策定および、長期的な事業と組織の成長に責任をもって企画・実行する部門です。各オペレーション部門と横断的にやり取りを行い、課題の収集や意思疎通を行います。また、経営陣の描く将来像を各部門の責任者やマネージャーと共有し、現場のオペレーションにおける意思決定や実行の支援を行います。
< 担当業務 >
Synspective社の事業拡大に資するタレントマネジメント、エンゲージメント向上、ありたい姿の言語化、醸成、浸透など組織開発に関わる多岐にわたる業務の企画、実行、運用
具体的には:
タレントマネジメント(研修企画、実行、アセスメント、リーダーシップ研修など)からサーベイ企画実行、ありたい姿の言語化、その醸成・浸透及び、フォローアップ。他チームとの連携による新たな人事施策の検討や、見直し、経営への提言活動など、多岐にわたる業務をご担当いただきます。

Job requirements
< 必須要件 >
• 10年程度の組織開発や人材育成関連業務の経験(特に文化浸透やリーダーシップ開発の従事経験)
• 異文化環境での勤務経験(社員が多国籍チームであるため)
• 学士号(人事、心理学、経営学分野が望ましいです)
• コーチングスキル、DISK、ホーガンなどの認定コーチあれば、なお良いです
• 日本語ネイティブレベル(ハイコンテクストを理解できる)

About
Dept. and Unit:
This department is responsible for developing management strategies and company-wide business plans, as well as planning and executing long-term business and organizational growth. It interacts with each operational department on a cross-functional basis to gather and communicate issues. It also shares management's vision for the future with the heads and managers of each department, and supports decision-making and implementation in front-line operations.
Responsibility:
Planning, execution, and operation of a wide range of tasks related to organizational development, including talent management, engagement improvement, verbalization, cultivation, and penetration of the ideal state, etc., that will contribute to the expansion of Synspective's business.
Details of work:
Talent management (training planning and execution, assessment, leadership training, etc.), survey planning and execution, verbalization of the ideal state, cultivation and penetration of that state, and follow-up. The role will involve a wide variety of tasks, including the consideration and review of new HR policies in collaboration with other teams, as well as making proposals to management.

This is a newly created position for future business expansion.

Requirements
Minimum qualifications:
10 years of experience in organizational development or talent development related work, especially experience working in culture penetration and leadership development.
Experience working in a cross-cultural environment (as our employees are a multinational team).
Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration.
Coaching skills, certified coach such as DISK, Hogan, etc. a plus.
Languages: Japanese: Native level (able to understand high context)
