We are establishing Synspective Europe GmbH, a German based company which is currently looking for a Sr. Sales Manager to cover partnership growth across the EMEA Region. The parent company is Tokyo, Japan based Synspective Inc. which is a vertically integrated SAR satellite constellation company, with 5 operational SAR small sats and growing to 30+ by 2030.

Synspective is hiring an experienced Senior Sales Manager to accelerate commercial adoption of our SAR satellites, data products, analytics, and integrated solutions across EMEA. This role combines management of relationships with key partners, resellers and key accounts. The successful candidate will have demonstrated an ability to grow revenue across System Integrators, Value-Add partners, Resellers and directly with customers. You will be required to travel internationally up to 30-40% of the time.
Key Responsibilities
Channel Management: develop sales plans for existing channel and identify channel partners to grow and diversify revenue via data, analytics, solutions and hardware.
Strategic Partnerships: Identify partnerships across verticals such as D&I, Civil Government, Energy & Environment to increase Synspective’s footprint in the region and achieve accelerated YoY growth.
Key Accounts: Build and execute go to market plans for key institutional customers across the region. Identify key targets to meet revenue expectations. Maintain a clear understanding of partners business processes and integration of Synspective products.
Forecast & Pipeline Management: Build and manage a solid pipeline through across the territory, identify barriers to growth and develop mitigation plans.
Manage complete sales cycle to develop opportunities to closing stage. Ensure requirements and plans are clearly articulated and communicated across company departments such as Sales, Legal, Operations and Finance for business and technical alignment.
Work with marketing to develop product/solution visibility for customer meetings, tradeshows. etc. Regular travel for customer & partner meetings is expected as is development of strong relationships with partners and their requirements.
Job requirements
Master’s degree in Business, Geomatics, Remote Sensing or related field.
Industry Expertise: Minimum 5+ years of experience in direct and indirect sales within the European Geospatial Space or Defence sectors.
Track record of exceeding annual revenue targets & developing incremental growth
Existing knowledge and network within the EO & SAR data, analytics and solutions landscape.
Ability to present and articulate proposals and value propositions to key customers and partners including Government and C-level stakeholders.
Ability to take ownership of goals, resolve problems and demonstrate self-motivation.
Languages: English, German and additional languages will be considered as advantageous.
